It is a complete line with grinding unit, brushing unit and painting unit working as a fully automated machine and can produce 1,950 pads per hour with zero error and 100% traceability.

The grinding unit can make thickness grinding, chamfering, opening canals and drilling and can control each pad 100% for metrics. All pads undergo brushing after grinding to be prepared for painting. In the automatic static dust paint unit, pads are painted and baked to be taken to the finishing line.
